Update About Advertising on Grasscity Important: A New Chapter for Grasscity

My first indoor grow.

    Hey yall. this is my first time growing indoors. i got a 150watt HPS and 4 23watt CFLs.i got some bagseed in some Sta-green flower and vegatable soil.but havent hooked up the CFLs yet.Also i started them outside and braught them in today, hoping they will live. If not i will just start over inside.today is when i got all my shit setup inside. but here are some pictures of what i have so far.PEACE AND KEEP ON TOKIN'

    this is both ofmy babys but the right one isnt growing very fast

    :smoking: i justmoved my lights closer. the bigger oneis 14 inches away from the light and the small one is about 16 inches from the light. Are those distances good? also im getting some of those round silver aquarium sockets tomarrow so i can use my CFLs. i just tried one CFL in the room and it made alot of light difference.Also one thing that kind of suck is i had to make a 4x4x4x4 room out of sheets and blankets so it wasnt just out in the open cause i couldnt use the closet or staorage space (closet to little, storage rooms made of all concrete and dont have jacks for a concrete wall at the moment but i might move it in there once i get a little more money cause i started working today too. today was a good day 1st day at work and grow room got set up. im lovin it!! also will someone also tell me if my plants look good or dont look good or just some advice or point out what im doing wrong.just please post back and give me some constructive critisism thanks

    Hey buddy.
    All looks good. Your distance from the light is a bit far but, for now I would leave it because seedlings are delicate. When they are more established, I would get that light no further than 12 inches from the tops. Nice job so far and keep up the good work. By the way, you did not mention anything about a fan. Get one blowing at the tops of the plants and at the HPS

    i am putting a fan in there tonight and also am getting 2 clones frommy buddys plant. it is a fire ass plant. but i went to a grow shop today and looked at ferts and found the ones im going to buy them when i get paid next sat. but im going to go now
