  1. It's growing time...

I will begin my first ever grow on Tuesday, as it will be my first ever opportunity to do so. I just recently received my medical card, and I am looking forward to growing my medicine. I will be growing in a closet, and will upload photos of my setup and progress.

My little guy begins popping up through the top of the soil and taking life. I've just been using water at a ph of 6 with no nutrients yet. Light cycle is 18 hours on, 6 off. I planted it in the soil just 2 days ago, and it germinated in one day using the paper towel method. I think the key is keeping the paper towels in a tupperwear container to maximize humidity.

  7. How often should I water, and how much nutrients if any?

  8. I'd just stick to plain water for a week then I'd switch to half or even quarter strength nutes wen she's a bit stronger. Just water wen soil starts to get dry. They prefer to grow in dry rather than wet environment. I mean don't let them die of thirst or anything lol. Wen it's dry to the touch or the pot is light in weight that's the time they need feeding! Hope it goes well bro I will be watching! ;)

    Good luck

    Peace

  10. I'd wait at least 2 weeks with pro mix if not longer on nutes. Everything your seedlings needs is right there in the soil.

  11. Should I be concerned that the plant is not completely vertical?

  12. no thats normal itll straiten out. How close is your light??

    About 4in.

  14. Any other advice? Is 4in good? Does it appear healthy?

  17. Hi Lindberg,
I grow with CFL's also. The overheads I keep as close as I can, maybe 1-1.5 inches from the top of the plant. Your baby will straighten out, I have one doing the same thing. I'll be sure to watch your girl come up. Very exciting my friend. I also have a journal going under this name on page two of the indoor journals.

Awesome! Maybe I will move it closer. They just get crooked because the leaves get bigger and heavier and the stem has to adjust to support it. I'll check out your journal as well. Be easy bro.
