hey everyone im new to this so maybe someone can let me know how to do this better. i got 4 seedslings growing probably about 3-4 days old i have water 2 times but jus a teaspoons worth each time i got a mars 700 led about 3 ft from them and there in a ghetto made humidity dome with a humidity of 70-80% and temp's between 70-75 degrees. my leaves seem to curl dramaticly downward but are in no way discolored ive made many mistakes so before i over water or starve or light stress them i would appreciate so opinions on my next move

My biggest advice would be to not hover over them. I put mine directly into good formulated grow soil in Solo cups, water them in with pH adjusted water and stick them under the lights and leave them alone. You'll be able to tell when they've used up the water enough to need more. I generally work with clones but it works the same way. These plants like and need defined wet/dry cycles while they're growing. You can't keep them sitting around with moisture around the roots all the time or they will rebel. LOL You've got to manage the pH of your water and feeds too. You need to get it within a range of 6.3 to 6.7 for soil and 5.5 to 6.5 for hydro. Not managing the pH of liquids going into your plants will cause the roots to eventually lock up and the plant not be able to take in nutrition. During veg, all you need are good soil with the proper nutrient mix in it for these plants, water that is pH'd to the proper range and a good understanding of how to water and when to water. If you can do this and have a decent light for flower, you should be able to easily grow some nice plants. You don't water again until the plant has had time to use up the water it was given last time. Realize that the plant will use more water at different times in it's life too. But understanding how to water is a biggie. LOL Good luck! TWW
