Just spoke to the guys who gave me the seeds. He says it is not Durban Poison, but a local strain they call Swaimani Poisen, that is not as strong as DP, but gives a more mellow, chilled high.

  2. Day 44. Spent some quality time checking it out today. The only bugs I have is ticks, which I don't think effect the plant.

    The bottom leaves are dieing off IMG_20181113_181618-01.jpeg IMG_20181113_181647-01.jpeg IMG_20181113_181720-01.jpeg IMG_20181113_181756-01.jpeg IMG_20181113_181912-01.jpeg

  3. Day 45: did a measure, it has grown 15 cm, or around 6 inches in the last 8 days.

My concern is that this plant has shown no preflowers yet so I can't sex the bugger IMG_20181115_165053.jpg

  4. Day 46: time for a transplant. Trying a fabric bag. Will this type of bag not dry out faster, should I step up watering? IMG_20181116_090119.jpg IMG_20181116_091612.jpg

  5. Day 47: some Low Stress Training, turned into High Stress Training as the stem cracked in the middle. Used a tie to set the wound. Hope it has no long term effects IMG_20181117_092518.jpg IMG_20181117_092629.jpg

  6. My plant split all the way down, taped it up and a few weeks later this is how it looks, strong and no issues 2018-11-21 06.38.30.jpg

  7. My concern is that because it is an outdoor grow, water will work its way into the spit during rain, which we have had a lot of lately. Not too sure if this could cause rot. I took the cable tie off the stem and replaced it with rope, and cable tied the two off shoots instead as I felt the tie would reduce circulation IMG_20181121_135519.jpg

  8. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

  9. Day 56: I have removed the LST on this plant. Ever since doing it, growth came to an almost total standstill, since removing, it has made progress again.

The last picture is the nuts that I have just bought, up until now, I have kept everything organic. The yellowing on the leaves, slower growth and general poor health has made me give up on organic.

With these nuts, should I start at half strength with a plant this size? IMG_20181126_163801-01.jpeg IMG_20181126_163732-01.jpeg IMG_20181126_163718-01.jpeg IMG_20181126_163937.jpg

  10. hi, yes the plants may dry out a bit faster than hard plastic pots, but the improvement of your plant growth & buds grown in good quality fabric pots will be superior, if the fabric pot is not too big i usually just lift the pot to feel the weight just like i used to with hard plastic pots to see if water was needed, this season im going to use fabric pots that will be too heavy to lift for testing of dryness...not sure how im going to go with that yet

  11. Day 59: I am starting to run into multiple problems, mainly the damage LST did to my baby. The first node branches are cracking away from the main stem. I only noticed today, so it is more than likely too late to heal it. I will prob it up with rods and hope the cracking does not continue. A lot of leaves, all over the plant, have yellowed and died. The plant otherwise is looking good. I have also given up on organic nuts, and have seen an immediate health boost in the plant. 13. hey went through your journal, looks like you've had some trials but she looks great!

I would definitely take that zip tie off at this point, you'll probably see the stems stay put. Just like with the main stalk, they'll keep growing and grow right into the zip tie, causing more damage than its worth.

  14. Hi, I did remove it about 5days ago and the crack had not healed. Should I still remove it and just live with the crack or should I use electical tape instead?

  15. eventually i just let mine be. I split a trunk doing LST:

This picture is after all the bud has been harvested. These are the 'antlers' left in the soil so to speak. As you can see it split and the center dried out but both halves continued to fuel the stems.

  16. I did remove the cable tie and was happy to see that the crack had stitched together.

I am starting LST early on my Skunk babies, and using the crossover method as suggested by a member of this forum. IMG_20181205_112822.jpg IMG_20181205_112916.jpg
