    I've found that I like watching the comedians on Comedy Central. Not only are they funny, but it's really relaxing too.

    Watching anything on the Discovery Channel (my current fave is the Future is Wild DVDs), listening to music while watching the electric sheep screensaver, and hugging my cat when he's friendly (the experience of hearing and feeling him purr along with the softness of his fur is amazing).

    When I smoke, the only channels my TV will be on are Discovery Channel, History Channel, or sports.
