Look buddy, this style of e-cig pen is really not meant for dry herb. The whole point of a pen like this is to vaporize liquids and oils like rick simpson hash oil etc. Using dry herb in it results in combustion, which 1. Makes a huge mess in the cartridge, and 2. Defeats the purpose of using a vape pen. Cartridges like the ones you have for that pen are specifically designed for use with liquids like nicotine e-juice or hash oil, not dry herb. You'd be better off just putting flower in a glass bowl/bong/whatever and smoking it.
