    To be honest, it's really simple. I have a plugin for photoshop called fractalius.

    LeapFrog, he applied a filter to the picture of his dog in Photoshop, gives it that artistic look.

    Played with your image a bit, Greenhead, hope you don't mind. Popped into my head when I saw your pic, it's a character from my favorite video game (Red XIII from Final Fantasy 7).

    haha, that's awesome, I actually remember that from back in the day, works pretty good for that.

    And yes, it's really simple, just use the plugin I mentioned above to achieve that look. It isn't a free plugin, though.

    Nice looking, it resembles red xiii exactly. That game is flawless too. Kudos for good taste.
