I live in Texas, and go to Cali for vacation sometimes. It's hard to come by some real medical quality dank in Texas, but if you can scoop it for 55 an eighth, go for that shit.

You'd have to try real medical to actually get a comparison going, though.

 

Couple of my guys said that to me a few times, he may just have pretty good bud he is looking to sell. Only one way to find out...

 

The term "Medicinal" is used very liberally these days. In my eyes medicinal grade is something that a dispensary would pay good money for. Also pay to have it analysed for cannabinoid percentages. However, if this happens then it most likely won't be shipped out of state for profit. Buying an Oz from a dispensary is normally over 400 for top shelf, they raise the price so high so you cant make any money off of it if you were to sell it on the "Black market."

The difference in growing it will not change much from a medical grow to an illegal grow. Medical growers are held to a slight higher standard because most of them sell to clubs to make some money. if its shit bud a dispensary isnt going to take it or they will pay a lot less. For me to call it "medicinal" it has to be tested for cannabinoid content and usually be top shelf.

 

Dank medi 8ths in Cali are about $50 normally. But medi doesn't mean dank :/ you can get any type of medicinal mj...bammer, mids, and top shelf...they gots em all lol

Basically if it's dank, yes. So if medicinal means dank as fuck...then $50 is worth it imo.

 

I'd call medicinal what it is. Marijuana that a dispensary would take to give to their patients on a top shelf basis.

 

Usually medical that reaches Texas is wack and travels to far the trichomes mostly feel off... Rather get dank grown properly in Austin or closrer.

And if it was medical the desp would have bought it for good money.. we get shit.not.worth buying realize.that people.

 

Pretty much this. Bud that travels far always seems....sub-par. I went to Cali and picked up an oz. Smoked some there, and when we got home it just wasn't as nice. Not sure why.

Medical to me is Dank bought from a dispensary.

If a grower who sells half to a Dispensary and half on the black market, it's not medical.

It's just dank, and that's it. Dank. It hasn't been sold as medicine, therefore it's not medical.

Here in Colorado, it's $7 a gram, $25 1/8, $49 Quarter, and $170 an oz. Usually there's a variety of strains available at the dispensaries. Top shelf, SUPER frosty, is usually more expensive, but never over $15-$20 a gram.

OP, medical doesn't determine quality. His "medical" could be less dank than your "dank".
