lots of foxtailing going on. looks like poor genetics combined with less than perfect growing conditions. dry it and extract it!
Unkept, meaning signs of a overly stressed plant. That is heat with nutrient burn combined with high vpd (poor humidity). The plant 'airs out' looking for moisture in the air. Try to dial in the environment to better suit the strain.
Stressed, but looks like sativa, pure sativa plants can look weird but they have the greatest high! Look - a picture with dried Dr Grinspoon(pure sativa with ~25% THC)!! http://jahlife.net/uploads/posts/2013-02/1361724631_dr.grinspoon.jpg

Here is some Dr Grinspoon in a better dialed in environment. Pure sativas can be very difficult to grow.
Love me some foxtail genetics, no yield, but potency is unparalled per gram **Knives heated dull Orange Release sweet smoky nectar I am lifted high**
