First time grower and am happy happy happy that my plant is doing so well, she's about 2 1/2 feet tall and bushy. I've noticed that a few leaves have these little holes so I've been using Neem Oil with no results. I feed it FoxFarm Big Bloom and Grow Big every other watering if this info helps. Any thoughts on what could be doing this? Thanks in advance for any help
Can you get your hands on some Safer's concentrate (EndAll) ? It contains potassium fatty acid salts (ie. insecticidal soap) and a touch of pyrethrin. I mix a tsp of neem in the mix when I make it up. Also, those bites might be from caterpillars (or similar) and can be treated with BT. I suggest not spraying during flower, so best to get it sorted before that time.
Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki On most sites, we use a biological product that contains Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki, or Btk. Btk is a naturally occurring soil bacteria that interferes with the gypsy moth caterpillars' digestive system, eventually killing the caterpillars.
im sure the PM is the best and probally the issue but for outside plants them look great , too green for me ,but look great if you live were it really really hot them hole are normal, this time year all my plants cant keep enough moisture in the leaves and tend to dry a bit in flake some in the wind, come night time they recover and look great until around 3 and the heat is on, yesterday was 104 then they look like fake plants you buy at a store hahahha . dont rule out PM ever
Great! Thanks for the help. Had a friend stop by and showed me how and what to trim as my youngster grows so one more valuable learning tool.
