Mutated leaf on White Widow

  1. Any one know what could cause a leaf to do this? The leaves veins are not symmetrical, and the saw edges are abnormal.

  3. We need better pics bro, We cant even see whats going on lol!~

  4. I think it is still too early to tell, man. I think it is likely nothing but stress from the propagation and being a young plant...if the next set of leaves do the same thing...then it's time to worry...until then...don't worry.
The clone looks healthy...give it some time.

  5. two out of three of my ww plants (from femaleseeds.nl) had the same sort of mutated edges as yours. all grew out fine though. it's all good.

  6. Yea, I got 4 Skunks#1's going and one sprouted all mutated exactly like yours did. I didn't know the cause either, but 5-6 weeks later, it has grown out fine and no longer has mutated leaves....

  7. the leaves look like they are yellowed to me?? What is ur ph and ppm?

  8. If you mean on the tips of the first set of leaves, I had been underwatering and they weren't growing, then started browning at the tips. Also, the first set of leaves began going pale greenish/yellow(The pic makes it look more yellow). I started watering more, and they browning stopped, and they started to take off, but never repaired itself. The new growth is coming in green though (so far).

PH is 5.6-5.9. I raised PPM yesterday to almost 300, from 200.

  9. Thanks for all the replies folks. This is also from Female Seeds.nl, so I feel a little better that others have had this happen, and they still turned out OK. The next set of leaves are still pretty small, but they appear to be a little more normal.:)

  10. I think after this grow, I am going to invest in a quality digital camera. This old Kodak Easyshare just isn't cutting it for close shots.
