So I have been thinking about how fun it would be to have a giant music festival something like the woodstock of our generation. Does anyone think this is possible? How many people would come? Where would be a good place? and What bands would you want to see?
idk dont think it could happen again, people listen to really different music these days. I mean if Infected Mushroom played next to Kanye West it would kind of fuck up the vibe. In those days the pop artists at least had some self integrity, it wasn't just about selling music for the dieing record companies.
Yea thats the only downfall but i wonder if you could get a ton of neo psychedila bands to play a giant show if that would bring a lot of fans
Festi Season basically just passed, and their were plenty this year, and with groups like Phish and The Dead returning, id say the modern "Woodstock" generation is at a peak, for the time being. Im looking forward to the 2012 Festi season. think about it.
