Music Fans you HATE

Chill out man, they didn't even do anything to you. Anyone who's into any scene shouldn't complain about originality. I'm sure many people have similar feelings about your music.

 

emo kids do annoy me at times. especially when they're doing it just to be emo. i made emotional music before it was the in thing. just because it's the in thing doesn't mean it's bad, but it does mess with the scene since there are a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon just because of its popularity. whatever. glad you guys played a good show. I played a show on friday. loads of originals.... the crowd was so dead. they were just there to see the screamo bands. they didn't mosh for us. damn people.

 

I hate people who dress the music.... example: punks and goths.

 

I agree, people who "dress" their music are annoying to me. I mean i dont care if you like lets say, manson, but i dont see how wearing white make up and all black clothes and looking like you have never seen the sun is cool or even comfortable. Different strokes for different folks i guess.

I also hate people who jump on the bandwagon or like something that is becoming popular.

Emo makes me depressed, and i dont like being depressed, so i dont listen to it. I dont hate people who listen to it, i dont hate their scene, it just isnt my style.

 

I like a lot of emo. So shoot me, I just like the sound of the music and the fact that the lyrics are more poetic than average. I must say though, I'm hardly an emo kid, and the hardcore emo kids annoy me.

there letters s and i are common, but otherwise these are two TOTALLY seperate ideas. people who "dress their music" as you say, are retarded. Which is why i dislike most goths. Not all. some actually do a good job and look pretty cool.

But when you decide to go to a "goth" clothing store, and buy "goth" clothes, then you suck! You cant buy style.


If you can walk into the gap naked, and come out dressed goth, youre legit.

For some reason, Tool fans bug the crap out of me. Tool is good but they make them out to be Gods and when anyone tells them otherwise, they get all defensive. Two words, Pink Floyd

I don't like people that dress music too.. its gay. Like if you like punk thats cool.. but you don't have to dress punk. Like fuck! I like rap/rnb/hiphop... but that doesn't mean that im going to dress "ghetto". I also like punk/rock/emo but i don't dress that way.

Today i was talking to some dude today and he called me emo... I do like the music but that doesn't make me emo! And then he commented on how i should be listenin to rap cause im part black. Fuck that makes me mad. I like metal too! but i think you get the picture now.

I don't see the problem with people who dress like their scene. I mean I guess if some punk had like 6 inch spikes and was stabbing people I could see the point of being irritated with it. The only thing I dislike about it is the scenesters. People should dress a certain because they like that style, not because its what everyone else in their scene does. And if some have no social skills so it helps to be able to easily spot someone with the same interests as them, the more power to them.

 

Your totally right man.. the only thing is that most people who dress/act a certain style are.. how do i put it.. fake?? I'm not saying all people are... if being yourself is being punk/goth/gangsta/country(lol)/skater then thats cool! But if you can, try to have your own style.. and be yourself.

natural mystic, you just tell them ignoramus' that music has no racial boundaries.. i'm half mexican but i don't dress like a mariachi and dance mambos/sambas/cumbias/etc's.. the only thing mexican i listen to is brujeria and cypress hill (if you can count that as being mexican)..

LOL grim, great line. I see "those people" at every concert i go to and my g/f and i laugh and are like "looks, its that guy who wore the bands shirt to their concert" lol.

 

i love bob Marley music but hate thoes kids who wear a Marley T-shirt becasue Bob Marley is a sorta symbol for marijuana but the kids don't even know what his band is called. I asked a few kids and they all said, "Bob Marley is a band", he's the lead singer, the band is called the Wailers. I'd never buy a Marley or Hendrix T-shirt just for the reason that i wouldn't wanna look like one of thoes fans who knows the top 3 hits which are 10X worse than the real songs they made from their hearts.

Everyone knows me as knowing a shitload about old bands and that i have a great appreciation for the music. By the way Steve Miller and Brian Johnson of AC/DC was born today.

 

People that play shows consisting of all metal covers piss me off. Its not like its hard to write a fucking metal song, nor is it hard to perform one.

 

i'd love to see you play angel of death note by note..
