Hey all! I recently bought a large bin of white mushrooms for cooking but I let them go bad! Sucks cause I love shrooms! I took the snotty mushy shrooms and fed them to my worm bin. Will that be a problem since they are fungi themselves, to the worm bin life?
I don't have any issues feeding my worms the tough stem parts of the oyster mushrooms I grow. They really seem to like them too.
Thanks. I'm kind of expecting a bunch of mushrooms popping up in the bin. That would be great as long as they're safe for the worms. B61
