Yeah I eat em straight...just have some orange juice or something to down it with, preferably with Vitamin C. The caps actually taste not bad...kinda like pudding.
when i had my first and only time with shrooms i melted down some chocolate and covered them in it... and then yeah, drank some orange juice...
most of those people will just say eat them up. Then again, most of them grow shrooms too, so they trip all the time. I am doing some tonight at 11, can't wait....
