Munchies

  1. What is a food way to resist or avoid them? I love smoking but I eat way too much. I play sports so I work it off, but I have type 1 diabetes so its hard on me and I take medicine but my blood sugar is usually still too high.

    I've tried eating before, but I still munch hard after even if I was filled to the brim before lol
     
  2. I usual watch tv n stuff while I munch haha. I guess I should go for a walk or something. And I don't wanna take up cigs haha
     
  3. Surround yourself with diabetes friendly food, that way you can enjoy the munchies without risk.

  5. That's doubtful, it affects your hypothalamus.
    So I don't see how you can ignore your appetite.
    Eat fruits.
    I always eat grapes so its water content fills me up.
