hey ok first of all sorry no pic, my camera has messed up so ill have to be descriptive, ok my babies were lookign amazing, really vivid green leafs and pretty thick stems, i replanted them due to the fact that they were too big for there pots, me mum halped me and decided to water the plants in with waaaaay to much water, the leafs started to go brown and get limp, then crackle up, thismorning i got down and the soil was at the right dampness bu all the leafs looked fucked, so cos me mum felt guilty she decided to help againw ithout asking and up all the brown elafs off to the stem and allround cleared the plants fo any bad leafs, but im worried cos all she left me was the new green growth, i heard that they will grow back and make the plant bushy, is this true, the plants were 3 lowryders and 2 northenlights, tho atm they look like stem and small leafs kidna liek a skyscraper actaully, so yer am i fucked or ok?
HIGH All, just as long Mom left some green you should be ok.....watering less is the way to grow. So maybe tell Mom to let just you water and feed them.
Like unoit said, they will rebound in time... Put it this way, your one of the lucky growers whos mom lets him grow in the house (think about it!!!) Next time put up some pics and let us growers help you out next time Good luck
yer man u ryte, i wasnt ennoyed with me ma jst a bit pissed that she didnt tlk to me first, but i know her hearts in the right place. yer im doing a grow log but im not gunan post it up into flowering time, been takign regular pics tho watch this space....
Wish my mom was like yurs. Here is my observation from what you described... simply replanting and overwatering does not turn leafs brown and make them die off... sounds more like it was repotted into soil with alot of nutes that the plant was not accustomed to in the beginning. Cuting off the dead leafs is not a problem, i pune away alot of my very large fanleafs all the time and they are not even dead... So dont think you need to worry about the pruning, but what happened while transplanting it, as overwatering wount brown and kill off leafs like that.
well i replanted the,m in the same soil i planted em up with to begin with, with the same formula, the leafs didnt go yellow, jst went droopy and really dark green then dried up and went brown cos of being crispy, but as i repoted them i moved them a bit lower from the light so its no the temp, but yer they shoudl be ok, exept that she cut a couple in half in the right palce for it to grow back but like they went from 7 inches to 4 :S, but image my face goign up to water and seeign that my plants looked soo fucked and no leafs. but yer my mums sound rely
