    i made krusteaz lemon poppy seed muffin mix and poured 6 muffins, then i put about 1/4 cup od vegetable oil in and about 8 grams of good shake into the remaining mix and stirred it well. i poured 7 more muffins and cooked them acording to the box. i havent tried them yet but my friend did the same exact thing except a half ounce of buds into the whole mix and i tried a couple and tey were bomb so when my other buddy gave me this free shake i knew what i wanted to do hhehe
