Which coat is just the dxm? it's the only thing i have and no money right now..im desperate for a buzz. I really need an answer, im sure some of you know what its like to really want a buzz
I don't think you can just take the coat off and get the dxm that easily.. It has 30 dxm and 200 guaf right? The guaf could make you puke your guts out and it could not, its up to you to risk. I recomend going to the store and picking up a zicam cough max.
When you buy medicine at the drug store, there is something called ingredients on the back of the medication. You read that and find what you are looking for. Look for the one that contains only DXM and nothing else.
