  11. MTV and Hip Hop in the same sentence denounces any sort of possible intelligence. This is the same network that brought you Jersey Shore after all, and that shit kills brain cells.

    I think you're referring to Pop music heard on the radio, that is an MTV equivalent; don't think for yourself or expand your mind- let us tell you what you need to hear and think.
     
  15. Yes. That is by far the majority of hip hop today. The number of artists making quality hip hop pales in comparison to the number of artists making "pussy, money, weed" hip hop
     

  16. This is true as far as exposure goes in our modern day media as shown by MTV, BET, etc. I just feel that should be specified, otherwise it feels like a large generalization of an entire genre.
