Speed Squeen sounds like a fantastic strain. One I\'ll for sure be trying in the future. I can\'t speak of it\'s smell/potency/growth pattern as I have not yet had it in the garden, but with my experiance with sadhu, and hashberry I can\'t see it being any less quality then those. It is Mandala\'s newest strain, and it is their fastest flowering, and they have been dead on with their desriptions with the others I\'ve grown.

In my opinion as long as your lighting is adequite, you have good ventelation, and temps.. Start with a good potting soil, and don\'t over do it with ferts you\'ll be successful with any strain you choose.. Though for a first timer inside I\'d suggest an indica, or an indica dominate strain just for it\'s easy to handle growth pattern, and shorter flowering times.. if your going to try the nl, and yes many indoor growers choose this strain for it\'s low odor I\'d go with another then Nirvana.. Nirvana has been great don\'t get my wrong, but for NL your going to want a stable strain. In my experiance with nirvama nl it leans sativa with growth pattern, and needed more room then my others in the garden.

This season I\'ve purchased both through seed boutique, and dr chronic.. They have both been great in my experiance with them. So far I\'m 4-4 from the boutique, and 4 for 4 from dr chronic on orders.. It took both companies less then 14 days to get me my packages on the east coast usa. If one did get caught by customs I would not blame it on the company as they both ship very similiar. Maybe purchase 1 order through each so you don;t have all your eggs in one basket... shipping is only 5 bucks from each company, and if you ask dr chronic many times he\'ll throw in a freebie.

Yeah, just a bit of security.. I\'d rather be safe then sorry. You really have no clue who you could be talking too ya know.. The police, and government of the USA is pretty fucked up.. I mean now that we have Bush in office our telephone calls, and I\'m pretty sure pc are all fair game for them to listen in on. I mean they have computer scientists, and forensic scientist and shit that can get any info they want on line about someone or anywhere for that matter. All they need is an isp, or email address. if they REALLY wanted too, I\'m sure they could bust a few of us... Sucks you got to be paranoid to grow a fucking a plant.. I mean if everyone could grow for personal use then what the fuck would be the problem?? No money involved in making it legel, and much more $$ for them busting our chops 24/7 with tickets, and jail time. Plus they cant control it\'s growth, and who grows/sells it as it\'s easy to acquire seeds.

I\'m pretty safe though.. I mean I delay my posts, and pics.. I told no one I have a grow, and visit it only when needed. I keep it away form home, and family, and have a little safe spot to do what I do..

No doubt I grow for personal use only.. Like I said in my last post, I also give it to my cousin who is pretty sick with cancer... Out of all the drugs he takes daily mj is the only the one that can ease some pain, and actually make it so he can eat, and keep food down once in a while. So yeah personal use mostly for my cousin & I, and I do have a few friends who get lucky from time to time when I break out the bong.

Figured I\'d post updated pics to the journal.. these pics where taken two days ago.. I\'m on a two day delay with work, and everything .. I\'m right at 4 weeks into flower, and things are going pretty good.. Been watering the ones in soil about every three days with pure blend pro right at 725 ppm, then I add in Advanced Nutrients Overdrive at 3/4 the recommended dose, and then I add my liquid Karma at directeds dose to bring the total ppm to about 1200ppm, and ph right at 6.0.

My auto pots are receiving a bit lighter dose of 900 ppm. When I first opened the closet the other day I noticed the leaves of the plants in the auto pots drooping.. Some how the valve got stuck or something causing it not to flood the pots.... Not a big deal I think it\'s from all the good organic nutes clogging the valve a bit.. I\'ll watch for this in the future.. I don\'t see this as a problem yet as I\'m watering my soil plants anyway.. I gave the plants in the auto pots a drink for the top.. cleaned out the valve, and made sure everything ws back in order.. Plants perked back up, and look no worse for the wear.. you\'ll see below..

Next watering will be a lighter dose, and I\'ll get my soil cleaned out a bit by running through the bottom for a bit.

Now a side view so you can see what she is all about. For it\'s size it\'s one hell of a yielder. She\'s looking Friggin fantastic for 4 weeks.. Lst can work wonders for tight spaces.. Certain strains too.. It seems this one is perfect for it.

Now we\'ll do the Sadhu. She has one hell of a profile.. Buds are full of crystals. When this one is done I will cut off all the leaves and take a pic of just the buds.. I\'m thinking a big ball o\' buds LOL.. This clone simply went straight to flower with no stretch at all.. Foir the closet grower you couldn\'t ask for anything better.. next time I play with miss sadhu I\'ll veg her for quite a bit longer to maximize her yield..



Ok Now check out sweet Cinderella Blues C99 x Blueberry.. This one has calyx just covered in crystals.. She is sticky, and I can;t wait to taste it.



I just got a full plant shot of the local clone.. Sorry no bud porn of her. She is a clone to a plant I flowered out the first run in the closet. It has a sweet lemony taste, and a nice up high.. It\'s one hell of a producer too.. Look at all those bud sites!!

Ok now I have a plant shot of the northern lights in the auto pots.. The auto pots speed growth a bit, and she stretched a bit in early flower.. She is really just starting to bud heavy now at 4 weeks. i suspect this one going a bit longer then others.. What\'s great is the Ice in the auto pot looks like it will need about the same time.

Now for the ICE plant.. She is a mean plant.. She requires room to grow, and her buds are really packing on the crystals now at 4 weeks into flower. Even the stems leading to the fan leaves are becoming covered in crystals



Ok Last, but not least Hashberry.. This plant is for sure the favorite of the garden.. If I have my way it\'s all mine LOL.. Nah but really I think this is going to be some great medicine for my cousin.. THC crystals out the ying yang..

Nothing new to update.. they are doing great, and budding very nicely. Last watering I added a littloe bit of N to the flowering mix to hold off on the yellowing a bit, and let them continue feeding/growing..

HHmm you guys getting bored with this grow? No response to the last update.. Well I\'m going to post updates today anyway

Everything is growing great with the grow. Plants are in full bloom, and now comes the time they get fat and round, and yummy .. I\'m on day 37 i\'m pretty sure of flower.. I\'m going to continue feeding for another week then whatever looks ready will start getting flushed. Today I did notice some yellowing down low which is pretty normal for where I\'m at right now. I did add 3ml of grow into my usual 15ml dose of pure blend pro.. So 12ml bloom, 3 ml grow, added in a little advanced nutrients overdrive full dose 10 ml, ppm 1200 and watered. This shall halt the yellowing for a few days, and then I\'ll just let the plants run the course of life, and die out naturally during the flush..

Hey Cody thanks for sticking around buddy.. I guess I can\'t expect ya to devote all your time to watching my buds grow LOL.

It seems other journals or sites are a bit more busy with people asking questions, and helping a bit more. I guess it\'s a good thing though as I take it as my plants are doing good, and everyting is going/growing smoothly. I hope some of the things in this journal helps someone out getting started, and growing some good greens.. Fact/Truth is around my way you wont get this quality unless you grow, know a grower, or got a damn good connect who knows a grower ... I bought an ounce the other day to get me through till harvest, and it was friggin nothing compared to my homegrown... I mean shwaggy brown mids... Can\'t wait to pull this harvest that\'s for damn sure LOL.. Least I know my tolerence will be down a bit come harvest time form smoking these regs.. Damn it\'s going to be like I died and went to marijuana heaven when I take the first few hits off my homegrown after smoking these mids.

That\'s one thing good about about a vaporizer.. It can actually make mids/regs taste pretty good, and get you nice an high too..

On another note I completed my bong with a roor diffuser. Waited friggin 50+ days for a place to send it to me!! Of course they did not have it listed as out of stock, so I had to wait, and wait, but it finally came, and it completes the bong.. very smooth, and makes a huge difference. The bong itself is an 11 inch Molino Glass Mad Scientist with removable diffused perc., so double filtered. I purchased the roor diffuser, and had an old ashcatcher I salvaged from a broken bong making it now a triple filtered, double diffused 11 inch killa-bong properly named Fed-Ex as it delivers every time.. It a purrfect compact bong that is very smooth with a nice punch to the chest LOL.. My favorite piece right now.. Gets more use them my roor to be honest.. All my smoking buddies choose fed-ex






This is how I smoke my best.. The taste of the smoke out of the vaporizer, and through the water is as clean as it gets.. This is my taste tester LOL

 

Well I went go give the them a drink, and figured since I had time I\'d snap a few pictures. Everything is coming along Perfect , and the buds are now filling out, and becoming covered in crystals.. This round looks to be a hell of a lot higher quality product then last.. What has changed.....a few things.. I changed from Maxi grow/bloom to an organic fert called Pro Blend Pro Grow/Bloom.. I\'m pleased with the switch, and my plants are really liking this stuff.. I also started using Liquid Karma almost every watering throughout the whole grow instead of once a week last round. I also started using a late flower boost product from Advanced Nutrients called Overdrive.. I can\'t say which product is geting the results, but together I found a nice productive affordable mix.

I watered today.. Took a gallon of 50/50 tap/distilled, and added 15ml of pure blend bloom (Half dose), and added 9ml of liquid karma, and a full dose 10ml of overdrive to bring my total to 1150 PPM. My plants in the auto pots are getting pretty much the same thing cept I lowered the LK to about 1/4 dose so it doesn\'t clog my smart valve in the auto pots anymore.. Liquid Karma is like motor oil lol.. Black earth, and worm/bat shit and a 100\'s of other good shit added in Gives the plant all it needs to make use of the ferts quicker...

Alright on to the bud porn.. Warning.. there friggin lookin good if I shall say so myself.

First set is of Sadhu from Mandala seeds. I got a 5 pack for free with my order from www.seedboutique.com Gotta love freebies.. Especially when they are the quality of Sadhu



Next plant is actually a clone of a plant I flowered out the first round.. I found the seeds in some local grown hydro, and grew them out.. Now I\'m flowering the clone out, and will say goodbye for a while.. In had a nice lemony taste and up high, but the crystal content is done form some of my others, and I have many other strains I want to try and limited space.



Next are a couple shots of my Nirvana Seeds Northern Lights. This plant is doing good. It stretched quite a bit or has a more sativa growth pattern.. Nice crystal filled buds though.. I actually pulled lots of clones of clones off her so the majority of my next round with me Northern lights



Next will be my Ice plant from Female seeds. This plant leaned a bit more sativa too, and it has the most crystal content per calyx of any of the strains.. Actually a few come very close .. you\'ll see

Next will be the Hashberry. I purchased these mainly for the price, and I liked the description on it.. It was $17 for 10 seeds, and holy shit Mandala Mike has a gem of a plant.. One breeder who produces good shit, and the prices will not set you back more then $30. I\'m checking out their white satin for a future grow. Actually all these strains in this grow were not over $40 for a pack of 10




Ok next we\'ll go with the Durban Posion X Skunk clone. This was grown from a clone of a plant I ran in the first round in the closet.. I got it as a freebie, and out of 4 seeds I got this 1 pink purple pistil plant.. I did take a clone this round, and will keep it as a mother for future use



Next is the Cinderella Blues C99 x Blueberry from Spice of Life seeds.
