I have had my baby in a 7 gal pot oudoor in soil, 2 months or so into veg, now have to move indoors because of inconsistent weather and neighbors. What type of lighting is ideal for a single plant closet grow? Please help.

Yeah i will be transplanting into a clean pot with fresh soil mixture, neem oil has kept most pest off. Im just reading on lighting and i think 100 watt cfls should be fine for my one plant.
