Moving flowering plants outdoors

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by reggshark420, Oct 14, 2021.

  1. Hi guys i hope everyone is well. I moved my 4 indoor flowering plants outdoors yesterday becuase i keep getting power cuts i checked them today and they seem ok i have them covered in a netting type cube to keep big bugs out they were flipped inside on the on the 19th of september so they are a few weeks in to flower the buds are forming well and the the inside 12/12 time was the same as the sunrise and sunset outside lights off 6 33 pm and lights on 6 33 pm we have nice weather beetween 25 and 30 c in the day and as low as 18 to 20 c at night or early morning here in cyprus my question is as the plants i moved were just over 3 weeks in to flowering when i moved them outside how will this affect the time for harvest i know they take longer outside but as they were flowering inside a few weeks will they take the same time as they would have inside or maybe faster or slower ? also will they be ok with the night and early morning temp as low as 18 c ? but the lowest temp only stays that low for a hour or two at most then the suns out and they love it.The strains i have is x1 lemon Amnesia fem x1 bcn critical xxl fem and x3 ak420 fem i feed them flora grow three part nutes. I feed them 2 times then water once then feed ect. Please let me know your thoughts thank you. Ps sorry about the bad photos

  2. As long as temps stay above freezing it will be fine and finish flowering in about 10 weeks total.
You're at week 3 so about 7 more to finish.

  3. Plants finish sooner outside under a more power sun. The weaker the light the less energy they can absorb the slower they finish. I never put a time frame on a plant I don't keep up with age when their through their through.

  7. 32F = 0C you don't want to get all the way down to that.
36 F or 2 C is as low as you should go.

  11. Frost free zones can get 4 harvests per year with a little bit of planning.
August 1st = Plant seeds / Take clones from still vegging plants.
October 15th = Harvest, Set out veggers, Plant seeds / take clones.
    January 1st = Same
    March 15th = Same
    June 1st = Same.

I should be harvesting the last of my summer plants now and dropping the biggest of these in the just emptied flower sites in the yard. I've got another tray of just started seedling not shown I'm babying inside.

  12. You should have nearly identical conditions as Papa and I have in Southern California. We both grow outside all fall, winter and spring as well as a summer set. My grow is just 3 miles from the Ocean so I have very moderate temps all year long compared to further inland.
