Over the last year or so, Ive had the privelage to see some movies and documentaries that have changed the way Ive look at my country and my lifestyle in general. Without a doubt for the better. I honestly feel, although most people feel that their kids are being brainwashed, as if they werent already, that these movies should be shown at some time in high school. I was pissed the other day when my teacher brought to my attention that I was actually reading anti-communist propaganda when I read "The Giver" in 4th grade which I read on my own decision, even though later on in a higher grade I would have to read it for school. Here is my personal list so far. The Union Food INC Supersize Me Chop Shop Feel free to comment or share your movies and experiences of feeling like false or bad propaganda was shoved down your throat Please research these movies or even watch them before you knock them!
The Seinfeld porn movie. I learned a lot from that film. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHYPspIRKLw]YouTube - Seinfeld Porno - Full Length Trailer (Seinfeld - A XXX Parody)[/ame]

The Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie, A clockwork Orange, Fall of the Republic, Zeitgeist: Addendum, and Caddyshack. And to the OP, i actually had to watch Super Size Me back in health class
Same here. It fucking sucked too cause I had that class right before lunch when I was hungry as fuck then I had to go eat the shitty ass food that tasted bad and was bad for you. At least McD's tastes fucking good.
yeah..I think it would scare the shit out of some kids when it shows the decline in their mental stability after doing so many drugs. other kids would just think it was cool and want to do drugs even more
i think cannibal holocaust ought to be shown in high schools. it carries quite the message. maybe dead river, rough cut?
The Killing Fields...they showed it at my high school and the guy it was based on, who had survived the Khmer Rouge came in and talked.
