Movie/TV issues?

    Whenever im high and try to watch a movie or tv, the audio always looks off, like the peoples mouths are moving and then the words come out, but its looks really close, like it might be off and it might not be. Its really frustrating when it looks like it and ruins watching tv for me when im high, does anyone else get this?
