Hey fellow GC members. I have a question. Well I got a new comp on christmas and it came with a DVD burner. Well my dealer asked me to burn him some dvds. Well my question is how do you split a movie into two files? The DVD disks I have only hold 4.7GB and each file is around 6GB. Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advanced.
Try dual layer recording. Dual layer DVD recordable discs offer up to four hours of high quality MPEG-2 video, or up to 8.5GB of data on a single-sided disc with two individual recordable layers.
Yea thanks I just got it downloaded. But it wont open the movies files I have I beleive they are AVI what type do they have to be for it to open them?
