mould?

    I have two female plants about to flower , they are in a greenhouse and there is a small fence which stops them getting light right at the bottom, as a result some of the leaves are a yellow/green colour and one or two have white marks about an inch long. does it matter that the buds at the bottom will turn out weaker? could the white stuff be mould?
