What's up friends? Time to start a new grow! This time around I will be doing Critical Kush by barnyes farm again, and Chocolate Mint OG by Humboldt Seeds. Setup 5x5 Tent 2x HLG 600 from Kingbrite 5 gallon Airpots 50/50 HappyFrog-Ocean Forrest soil Maxibloom/Armor si/Koolbloom for nutes As far as training goes, I will be double topping and vegging for ~60 days. And I will also be lolipopping, and highly debating on scrogging. Hope to surpass my last harvest of 2.5 pounds. But I'm doing 3 less plants this time. So we shall see!
I will sit in on this one, curious how the chocolate mint og turns out. Always interested in strains that involve granddaddy purple.
Signs of life. All beans popped very quickly. I will transplant into 5 gallon airpots in about 14-21 days. And I'm thinking about a 60-70 day veg period.
Thanks dudes! Last run I pulled 2.5 pounds with 9x plants. I think I could have actually done around 3 pounds, but had a few hiccups early on. Burned them for a week or 2 with a way too strong tea. Also had some minor heat issues early on. So I think in perfect conditions I could have yielded 3 pounds. With that being said my goal for this run is 2 pounds. Heres the math: I need roughly 907 grams to hit my 2 pound goal. I'm running 6 plants this time not 9. 907g÷6plants=151grams per plant, or around 5 ounces per plant. This seems steep. My last run I think my biggest yielder was around 4.2 ounces. I think if I double top, and scrog them out I can surpass that goal of 907 grams. My lights are rediculous and have seen people achieving 2+ grams per watt with them. Last run I think I was around 1.2 gpw. So we shall see what happens. 9x 4 foot plants was a fuckin job man!!! Lol. So I'm hoping I can achieve the same if not better yield with 6.
Off to a decent start. Lost 1 seedling, not sure why. And one bean did not pop. Ill be germing 2 more seeds today, so that I stick to the original plan of 6x plants. I hope this veg period goes by quick. It always takes so long lol. Still projecting a 60 day veg period. I start counting veg around day 14 from germination. So really it's about 73-75 days from germination. For now they are sitting in the tent on 18/6 with my autos
Today we are day 22 from germ for the Ck, and CmOG. Ainlost 2 seeds so decided to pop two critical cheese from dinafem. All have been transplanted into their 5 gallon air pots and I will more than likely give them their first topping in about 4-7 days. Right now they are getting 1.75 maxi. Will start silica next feed. The flowering plants are my autos that are finishing up. ~10 days
Went ahead and topped today. Node spacing is incredibly short. Already had 6 nodes. Topped down to the 4th
Havent been keeping this updated or really even keeping track of much data. Just growing. These are somewhere around 14 days of flowering I think. Looking nice. Gave them their final lolipop a couple days ago. Hoping for a phat harvest with these ladies.
Just a little update. Time feels like its flying. These ladies seem to be chugging along. Feeling like less than 30 days before harvest. Growing weed flys by when you arent obsessing over them.
