I have a strong indoor plant that was grown from bag seed. It showed it was a female the other day, so I made 3 clones from it. Should I expect any different results in plant characteristics between the mother and clones? Also, when these clones are big, can I reclone them and expect similar results again?

They will be genetically identical, however environment is also responsible for 50% of what you get. If your environment is the same, yes, they will be 100% replicas.
