Indoor grow going with 6ft ceilings and the mother plant is just over 3 ft and it keeps growing. I have it under 4 t8's. How do I get this thing to stop growing? I'm afraid if I move the light up more it will just stretch and get taller. Anyone have any advice?
Take more cuttings, or prune it. The same problem happened to my blueberry gum mother, was 4 feet tall with 1 gallon of soil, I cut like 3 feet off of it though now it's regrowing from the bottom. Don't prune too much at once but these plants are very resilient, whatever we take off they will grow it back twice as thick.
I'd cut the top stalk off about halfway and replant it. should be able to root just fine, and the plant will just get beefy as hell and grow out heavy underneath the cut
