Most possible potent mixture for glycerin tincture?

    What do you guys think the most potent mixture for glycerin tincture would be? I wanna experiment with 7grams of ground up bud. Also, if I'm using it in an e-pen should it be decarbed first or not? I wanna try and use as little glycerin as possible, doesn't matter if i only end up with 5-10 ml at the end of it. Im gonna be double boiling it for 8 hours so I wanna know how much you think would be a good mix to keep it wet and still be able to strain out a fair amount at the end,
