Hi everyone. I'm wondering what your normal morning routine is if you have one. Come to the reality that I need to speed myself up in the morning/become a little more productive. Currently waking up, having a cuppa and a chill before getting on the treadmill and doing some cleaning after. Then I get a bit stuck for what to do. (Currently work 3 13 hour shifts a week so work isn't an issue and the days I get off... I want to chill or take it easy but hare sitting around for long periods) Hope you're all well V
I get up and have a smoke, go to the toilet, brew a coffee and then make some food while i sipping my coffee. Not much to my mornings. Then do some work around the house etc and see what the day brings.
I get up, take a caffeine pill- I fast 7 to 7, doctor's orders- and head to the gym. Coffee when I get home. Currently the wife and I are doing childcare M-F for our four month old great niece so that takes up the time 7AM-2PM. The gym is the most important part of my morning. Good luck!
Thanks! Yes. Getting back to the gym and swimming will be a must for me by the end of next month. Those bills had hit me hard the last 2 months so hadn't had cash for either of those things. Will certainly help!!
I’m working 12 hour days now Plus it’s 100 out usually so I wake up, smoke a fat bowl or two or three, maybe 4 or 5, do all of my work related communications and leave for work. Sometimes I make a blunt to smoke on during the day. Every other day I do a bike ride or a run or I do both. Whatever I feel. Trying to get my family to a better place and my work commitments is what wakes me up everyday
Really really hope everything is alright around family stuff. Life's hard to navigate sometimes, right?
At the moment I wake up between 5-7am I then proceed to ask my dad if he's good ect then make us both a tea/coffee I'll take my meds wake n bake then play some Switch till the nurses show up lol Life's rough atm my father's at end of life care, I don't currently work & I'm disabled so I struggle anyway
daily up at 5, tea for me cookies for the cat 30min walk for health ...UGH! breakfast at 7.30 life comes knocking
I don't have a routine other than little lists scattered about of things I want to get done. I do have coffee in the morning and feed the pets, everything after that is open for interpretation! Hobbies are a good way to fill free time and still relax. Volunteering also works wonders for filling time and being useful without having the stress of work...plus helping others usually changes one perspective for the better. Exercise is great, even if you can't afford the gym/swimming, there is lots of things to do that are free and you still get exercise...although it's so hot out, it might be wall pilates as seen on Facebook for the foreseeable future!
I Wake Up Take A Shower An Get All My Meds In Me An Get my Kids Up If They Have School An Let Them Sleep If Not. Feed My Lil Daughter Celeste An Let The Doggy Out In The Back Yard An Play Video Games. An Text My Boo Askin What He Want For Lunch. That What I Do Every Morning. ~Toni~
Keep that head of yours above the roses!!! Always around for a chat if needed!! Certainly sounds as though I need to be nicer to myself haha. Everyone had their relaxed days and I'm beating myself up over doing the same
