20 days young. NFT setup with 17 lt of water PH 5.9- 6.0'water temp 21-22. 400 watt hps 18 " above. using only 1/4 of formulex 'lable say's 10 ml per lt of water. humidity 50-60. Flushed 4 days ago'may have over feed at 1st'now no chance. Question: could overfeeding then still turn leafs yellow now even tho i have flushed tank? Question: Notice the 2 left plants with leaf burn 'but none on the plant to the right?would this be because it's further away from the point were the water is pumped into top of tank and plant 1 and 2 are taking the most nutes 1st? Question: The man at shop yesterday says start a 12/12 in one week and give full amount of nutes'does that sound about write to you's?? he did look abit red eye whilst serving me! Thx toptokker
Those leaves are toast and will never get better. I cant tell you why it occured in one and not the other, but most likely genetics and size differences. I wouldnt go 12/12 in a week unless you dont have much hight and even then I would let them grow and then train them. And no dont feed them full strenth nutes, probably never. Maby about half in a week or so, but they may still be too strong, you just have to get to know your plants. Simplicity is key and less is more, trust in that...
