  1. Obama Justice Department Set to Overrule any State that Legalizes Marijuana

Rest of story: Top Stories - Obama Justice Department Set to Overrule any State that Legalizes Marijuana - AllGov - News

As I've said ad nauseam, the only difference between the two is their skin color.

  2. The only difference between the two is not their skin color, you only are talking about one policy lol

  3. They both support the empire, they both think meddling around the other side of the world is a good thing, and they both think government is too small and is not doing enough.

    What else matters?

The noose will continue to tighten around our necks, hundreds of pages will get added to the Federal Register, the gov't will confiscate ever more wealth from the private sector -- nothing has changed since the ink dried on the constitution.

  4. Marijuana will only be truly legalized when the federal government stops prosecuting people and dispensaries. We/They must change the laws Federally and then we can finally enjoy our passion, so to speak. Legalization may probably take place when the government can profit off of it more than it has by prohibiting the substance.

  5. Fuck Obama that lying piece of shit. "Change" more like "Lets stay the same while i have fun on your money"

  6. No president or his administration can stop the truth from being heard. The truth always prevails. I dont care what Obama or Romney say, if 90% of the American Public are pissed off about marijuana laws then they will change their stance, that's the beauty of democracy. The government regulates based off propaganda. Propaganda only works so long as the truth does not prevail. I think the truth has pretty much prevailed. Just look at the general public's attitude and how its changed over the course of a couple years. I have high hopes for us!

  7. Meanwhile alcohol and tobacco stay legal...

Im not saying they should be outlawed but look at the effects these substances have on people and they are perfectly legal,
Isn't alcohol a gateway to drunk drivers killing innocent people?
Isn't tobacco a gateway to cancer and lower life expectancy?
So why is one banned and the other 2 not?

    fuck this world...

  8. You clearly haven't been watching the debates ahah

  9. Ron Paul 2012

  10. No, I was busy watching the leaves fall. :D

Let me guess: They're both scrambling, appearing to support ending the wars, because they are (finally) getting a sense that the public has turned against it.

But it's all rhetoric for the masses.

Has there ever been an empire in history that voluntarily contracted itself?

  11. Should've voted for ron paul.

  12. It doesn't matter what they say during the debates. They both lie out their ass...

  13. My parents friends and stuff were arguing about how this election is just picking the shit that stinks the least..

and all these people are the people that 5 months ago Laughed in my face when i said i wanted to vote for Ron Paul.

So i kindly stood up.. looked at the group of 40 n 50 yr olds and told them straight to there faces..

"its your generations idiocy and ignorance that has created the horseshit of an election youve been watching for the last year so dont fucking complain and argue. Do like your leaders and roll over and follow the puppetmasters moves cause you all laughed at this 19yr old when he came to you excited for the election because he would get to vote for someone who could actually make a change"

Now i dont get that choice. and it pisses me the fuck off at how ignorant most adults are these days man..

  14. Whats great is that with the trend on organic, natural products and the growing concern about health in general is helping to move the needle in the direction of social acceptance of personal MJ use. It's still got some way to go, but the last 10 years have been pretty significant.

I'd like to know about the mechanics of how tax and regulation was implemented, in and around the days of prohibition. How long did it take to get a handle on it and how long after implementation did it take before the governments saw the added tax revenues.

  15. It's not generational, it's just ignorant people. A lot of the blame can be placed on the statist, corporate media for keeping them ignorant. It's easier to lay on the couch and soak up all the trash coming at you from the idiot box than it is to actually read a fucking book. I know a guy exactly like this.

He's almost 78 and I call him "Mr. Government." He thinks the sun rises and falls on Washington, and he gets ALL of his (mis)information from CNN, MSNBC, etc. Every day that I see him, I know what was on those networks the previous night cuz that's all he talks about. There are millions of people out there just like him. And to make it worse, he thinks he's a fucking expert.

I'm older than that group you mentioned and I hate government and politicians with a passion, and more so the older I get. So does my best buddy and so does his son. Out of all the people I know I'm certainly in the minority, and it does get discouraging. I rarely join political discussions IRL cuz I'm too politically-incorrect.

I've written this elsewhere on this forum, but in the '60s the activists (not me) wanted a bigger, more intrusive government. That has about run its course, and like all things, it will come to an end. It's up to your generation to turn things around. But it won't be quick and it won't be easy.

IMO, your hatred is misplaced. Don't hate a generation.

    Hate the government.

  16. Fuckem. :smoking:

  17. dont fight it, you know it to be true

  18. They are both the same with federal reserve, deficit spending, unconstitutional wars, drug war, police state & domestic drones, NDAA indefinate detention and want to maintain military bases left over from the 1940s. That's more than enough for me.
