Moonlight during night cycle

  1. So everywhere I've read has told me that I needed absolute darkness during the 12 off-cycle, but I've been wondering how outdoor growers deal with moonlight.

My actual question is how much light is permitted during the off-cycle? or How much light can cannabis tolerate before it becomes stressful?

  2. You should look more into the spectrum of light :) plants don't "wake up" (photosynthesis) with light in the green spectrum and as far as moonlight...the suns rays travel 90 billion miles or something during the day but at night they are reflecting off the moon so its an even greater distance and light is nominal...also we outdoor growers don't get 12/12 to start flowering 12/12 isn't official outdoors until mid/end of September :)

\And to awnser your actual question...there is no specific awnser...it is strain specific/pheno specific at how much light a cannabis plant can handle before its stressed enough to hermie.
