i'm from mtl, it blows, here mmj isn't that easy to get, even though we have some high percentage of stoners . what they did sucks but they say it's because those dispensories sold to people who didn't have the right authorization. making them drug dealers, not dispensories. but indeed i think it's crazy because those places still sold to people who medically need it...
Well at culture 420 you need to swear an oath saying you have chronic pain or get a note from a doctor. At compasion club its doctors note only. They pulled the same thing in 2002 but the judge said it was wrong to take medical marijuana away from sick people so they were allowed to continue. Wow this is complicated lol just legalize it.
