Generally true, but small town cops are notorious for being braggarts and bullies. Not the brightest for sure. Easy to run off at the mouth hoping for some attention. Departments are notorious for talking up their busts to justify their existence.

I remember them talking about being able to roll 500 joints with an ounce out in some Chicago suburbs... they were figuring the amount of doobies they could get out of the one plant the nabbed in a MAJOR bust.

The first 'clue' to finding a pot grow op made me lol.

Sucks though, 3000 plants could give a ton of people bud.

True but here in Montana were all about the indoor... not sure why someone would grow 3,000 plants outdoor here... talk about hella yield. This surely wasn't a legal mmj operation haha... most people are trying to keep their grows under 100 plants here since the feds are cracking down hard in the Treasure State... western mt is home to some insane indoor grow ops... and outdoor apparently. Im sure these plants were not that great either guys... so i wouldnt worry about it too much. Im one of the few members on this site that's from Montana haha... glad to be one too... we got the chrondon.

 

yeah those plants definitely didnt look healthy...why would they just leave 3k plants there? seems pretty ridiculous. probably because they had 6k better looking ones somewhere else. LOL

 

Do you know how often the police find grows and do not report them? How often the amounts go under reported? You really think an average pair of park rangers would consistently turn over that kind of cash?

I have no evidence to support any of this. Just familiar with human nature. Wonder how many actually get "diverted" into the pockets of the local good ole boys? Wonder how much of it was organized by local influences seeing as how easy it would be to blame them damn Mexicans... Would explain how shitty the grow was too... pigs can't grow stanky danky herbage, everyone knows that.

Cops always pump up the weight of their busts just to make a good news headline so they can justify their pathetic existence.

 

That is hands down the shittiest looking grow I've ever seen. They would have been lucky to get 1/4 oz off each one.
