  1. MONEY grows on trees BECAUSE:

    money = paper
    paper = wood
    wood = tree
    tree = money

    :smoking::yay:

  2. :bongin: :smoke: okay...? put down the chronic, chronic

  3. ...Just figuring that out now OP?

  4. No but its something i was thinking about right after i smoked a few minutes ago, i thought about a tree with bills hanging off, i felt like sharing.

  5. I thought the dollar bill was made of mostly cotton and other fibers.

  6. Dollar bills are made of mostly cotton...

    Edit: Should have read the post before mine I guess :p

  7. Yes it is made mostly out of cotton. It does not grow on trees, sorry to dissapoint.;)

  8. Money still grows on trees.

    1. An apple grows on a tree.
    2. You can sell an apple for money.
    3. Apple equals money.

    :p

  9. And even then, if it were made of paper, which is wood pulp, it wouldnt grow ON trees, it would be derived FROM trees.

  10. paper is involved if its made mostly out of cotton or not =P

  11. it grows on a plant, close enough

  12. :laughing:

  13. money grows on plants, not trees
    marijuana plants, to be exact
    each plant gives ya like 3 oz you could say on average, thas like 1000 bucks, not bad at all, thats a really low estimate too
    just an idea for yall broke ass *****z on here complaining bout not being able to find a job...

    just kiddin' of course

  14. now you are confusing money with wealth

    commodity= wealth, money=wealth
    commodity =/= money

    come on liquid, you're supposed to be one of the conscious ones :D

  15. haha yup

  16. Most money is made of thin air (Re: fractional reserve banking)

  17. this is actually less paper in currency then most people realise, there is a linen material that is used also with the paper.

  18. Hahah there are a lot of plants and trees that "grow money", besides the herb. Liquidtruth already mentioned fruits, nuts are profitable too and they grow on trees. How about maple syrup? that grows INSIDE a tree :). So yes...money DOES grow on trees (and plants), lots of industry based on trees.

    All I could picture when I read the thread name was somebody angry asking me the question "YOU THink MONEY GROWS ON TREES?!?". Next time I'm asked I'll just think to myself, I don't think money grows on trees- I know it does. hahah

  19. Money is wealth!

  20. Damnit, beat me to it tea.mochi :p
