Moldy Bud?

    Some bud that I grew (quite poorly, but I've learned) and just semi-trimmed after drying. Looks pretty nasty to me. Whats up with it guys?

    I don't see mold but are those brown spots a little squishy and come apart easily? If so could be bud rot but it just looks like colorful bud to me

    Take scissors to it and if it starts to come off easily when you play with it it's rotted, you should be able to tell easily if you mess with the area in question
