  1. I went to go repot and noticed some mold…can I still use this soil? Should I use this soil? Tia IMG_8201.JPG

  3. If you have other options, I wouldn't use that soil. If not, remove all the mold you can and mix the shit out of the soil.
    Best of luck :)

  4. Just remove the top layer, add a fan for more air flow, and next time use more perlite, and watch how much you water it.

  5. NO, NO , NO!
That’s mycelium, it’s the good kind and an indication that you have good biology in your soil. Carry on!

  7. This is really interesting. I've just never been a fan of any mold near or on my marijuana plant. Had no idea it can actually be beneficial. I'm gonna start looking at mold differently now. LOL

  8. It’s from the bag

  9. @JMcGD is a hundred percent correct

  10. There’s a video out there ( Netflix maybe) called Fantastic Fungi. Paul Stamets hosts a lot of it and the last half is all about medical mushrooms. But, the first half does a good job of explaining the relationship between fungal colonies, the soil, and plants, and has some great visual effects to go along with it.
Get baked, and watch thee first half a couple of times.
Fungus is amazing stuff. It may be the highest life from in the planet.

  12. Wow. I add Myco to my soil but I've never seen that. I probably would have freaked thinking powdery mildew. Nice info and thanks. I still learn new stuff here all the time. Kudo's to Grass City Forums.
