SJ..How about this...have guest moderators for a specific month, give them their own forum for a 30 period to gain first hand experiance. (for those that wish to moderate when the site grows...( they could be rated by participants at the end of the 30 term (maybe the last forum they host, before the next persons term)They could be given opinions (constructive criticism only, a serious forum) as to his/her abilities or ways to improve..a testing ground, if you will, for moderators.
