Shit's good man. When I was going to college and I lived on-campus, I would go to Daphne's Greek whatever to eat at least 3 or 4 times a week. That's some tasty food right there. Damn, now I have a bad craving for falafels and pita bread with some bomb ass sauce. Edit: Falafels sound dank right now.
I think you mean Falafel but yes Falafels are delicious I had a falafel sandwich for lunch.... it's like a burrito with vegetable patties and other deliciou stuff and then this awesome tahini sauce omg so good
Aww yeah I make Falafel all the time. When I want some scrumptuous edibles I make a yogurt tahini sauce seasoned with lots of cannabis, put it in the falafel... and damn that is tastey. Needs cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and pickled red cabbage. The. Fucking. Best.
in my experience, US falafel is awful. Israeli falafel....is the nuts. I had falafel every day when I was there. I just can't find it that good anywhere else.
Havent tried either, but similar situation. German falafel (made turkish style) is awful. middle eastern falafel = awesome
theres this place in brattleboro, vermont that makes some fucking amazing falafels. it's called the "slow fire cafe" or something like that. it's got an amazing Mediterranean menu, it's quite authentic.
Yeah, a recipe would be really cool. Fafalels are like rolled chickpeas with spices. They're really tasty for those of you who have never had them. Usually they're served with pita bread, some veggies, and some tzatziki sauce. It's delicious, man. Really tasty stuff.
