  1. do dispensaries and clinics ever mail things to the home address you sign up with?

  2. I have never encountered one personally and have never heard of anyone who has experienced this. Why would they need your home address? This information should not even be given to a dispensary/clinic/compassion center. If you did provide this information then i suppose they could but it seems very unlikely. Also, if you provided them with this information then you have the right to inquire why they need this information, if they will send you anything, or if they do send flyers/coupons/etc. request that they do not. Good luck, i can imagine the concern (if you don't have your own place).

  3. I have never seen one do it. I have also never tried. I would think no as even when you get a delivery you have to already be a member and they look at your Rec when they drop off.

I would also think they could not use the USPS as the Feds own it and are against this med.

I would also be worried about it getting "lost" in the mail. Have heard of people using Fed Ex but they are not using Disp.

  4. A few years ago when dispensaries first opened there was a hue and cry about a few of them mailing stuff to their patients. However, since then I haven't heard of any clubs doing so.

    Not in Los Angeles anyway

And they have been cracking down out there. I normally hit a couple places in Palm Springs and they are pretty strict. In Santa Ana where I got my Rec they were a little more lenient and of course Venice is a mess but I don't think they would even try mailing it.

Off Topic, Wild just read some of your recipe. I read the first few pages then skipped 40 pages and read the more recent stuff. Very nice.

  6. i thought the same thing when i first started signing up at clubs, hopefully not lol, i havent gotten anything yet so i think its all good

  7. i know you can some times get delivery but not via mail

  8. There are websites for MMJ patients that offer statewide (here in Ca at least) delivery via mail. I'm a new patient though so I could very well be misunderstanding the process.

  9. Um...I think you guys have missed the topic here...

One thing we DO NOT allow discussions about is mailing MJ

The OP was asking about them mailing advertisements or literature to you because you give them your mailing address.

  10. I haven't received anything from any dispensaries by mail. They usually will send you promotions and information by email or text message if you give them your email and phone number when you fill out your paperwork. Most will give you the option of opting out of receiving anything from them or you don't have to give them your email.

  11. This guys right. I think you guys need to read more clearly before pointing out that MJ isn't mailed through USPS.

The OP is clearly asking about ads or brochures being mailed out, not bud.

Will, why is talking about mailing mmj against the rules? Sorry. Kind of ignorant on the laws but in some states isn't it legal to have their meds delivered?

  13. Because some information is best kept out of the hands of the public. The more that know, the faster big brother will terminate
