MMJ in Vancouver BC?

    So I am planning on attempting to get my license soon. I live in Vancouver and have never spoken to my doctor about my mood swings, slight anger troubles, and sometimes depression. Cannabis is the one thing that I know works and is not too damaging on the body. So, I would like to get my license but want to know how easy it is to do and what happens if my doctor denies me.
