MMJ in Illinois?

    Does anyone know the status of the bill? I have insomnia and chronic pain in my elbow, and smoking helps both out quite a lot, more than any of the other treatments I've tried. I smoke now, but smoking with no legal risk would be ideal (that and smoking specific strains for better medication). If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it!
