    So I am getting my California ID tomorrow from the DMV, and
    I heard they will be giving a temporary ID and that we can use this to obtain our MMJ Card AkA doctors Rec?
    And also, I suffer from insomnia, anxiety, and eating disorder, because I am underweight and MMJ sure does help me with my appetite. I am 5'9 110 pounds. Please help me!

    What's this "we" stuff? Help you do what? Take the ID and your medical records to the doc.

    When I spoke with the doc he told me to just bring my ID
