    There's a step-wise procedure(it can vary depending on the country, and state - as per law) in order to get an MMJ card. So you need to go through the procedure for getting approval for your mmj card.

    in Fl yes. A prescription from Dr's Cheech or Chong Which is good for less than a year & then a med mj license to buy that has to be renewed (also < 1 year) app 189$ + 50-75$ for the lic??? this was 2020. Imagine if you had to pay $ & go thru this to bury insulin or ANY other medicine.
