MJ while sick

    I've recentlly become quite ill the past few days w/ a sinus infection. causing unbelievable headaches and making me feel ill. Doctor prescribed me some type of antibitotic but it doesnt do much for me feeling better now!! So I tried smoking and i totally feel fine for a couple hours. I've heard of the medical benefits MJ has but this is the first time ive been able to experience them myself. This stuff is great...we need to legalize this!! haha :D

    its great but don't stop taking the antbiotics they gave you. Those are important to recovery from an infection, especially in the sinuses.

    oh im not...every 8 hours have to pop one of these horse pills. but to feel better now definetly MJ. Been toking on some good haze here.

    yeah i was the same position as you, lol. i had a migraine very sick and had severe headaches :S, i took a hit from my peice and i was ripped and felt a lot better :D. the buzz i had from that was unbelievable. when im sick i get a buzz alot faster then when i am well. lol

    well i hope you get well soon :D

    well i hope ya get better and all.

    But anyways ya MJ reaslly does a wounder to relieve you of pain. I tend to not like getting 'stoned' while sick. Ill usually toke like 5-6 hit to get a nice buzz going because ive found that thats the high thats best for me in that position.

    Yeah, don't stop taking those a-b's, because if you don't completely kill the virus, it will just become immune to the antibiotics and come back to haunt you. Take the entire perscription, make sure you get rid of it.

    yeh it just pisses me off how alcohol is legal and pot isnt., i dont even wanna get started on how unfair it is

    o well

    i had a cold a few weeks back where i was puking and i had a terrible headache, i couldnt stomache anything, and all the doctor said when i went was to "keep taking tylenol"..which didnt help at all, and usually I'd just puke the damn things back up..so i picked up a gram and smoked a bowl, and I felt much better!for 2 hours my appetite came back, my headache went away, and i stopped puking..why isnt it legal(atleast medicinally)again?

    Like Opivy the weed might seem like its helping you more but the drugs are perscribed for a reason.

    ^^^ Yeah, and also I don't think the anti-biotics are supposed to make you feel better; I think they're just supposed to kill the bacteria. So it sorta makes sense that MJ would make you feel better than the pills.

    Definitely like smoking while I'm sick, but not to get stoned. I just smoke enough to kill the pain, then I relax.

    yeah the other day i felt all shitty and had stuffed up nose and sinus... I didn't think i was gonna make it to work untill i took a few puffs of MJ and felt much better... strolled into work and the day went by just fine
