Why do people say "Man this drink will fuck you up!" It's all alcohol isn't it? I never understood why people say some shit off the same alcohol % will fuck you up more than another. To be fair though, I've never had a (properly) mixed drink from a mixologist, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Gatorade is good for hydration, better than water alone, because the sugar helps with the absorption of water in the Gatorade. I find that having one after a night of drinking greatly reduces hangover severity.
