Mitt Romney on Medical Marijuana

I'm so dissapointed with all of the candidates (from both parties) this year. Excpet for RP

this guy who has endured more in his young life, suffering, pain, all this shit...

than Mitt Romeny has ever known. He blows him off like he's nothing.

Like he's scum. I wanna fight Mitt Romney. Like fist fight. I wanna make the pretty boy bleed.

 

RP is a joke. period. while i agree on his stance on drugs, thats about the only thing he supports that makes sense and is practicle.

And I dont get why medicinal marijuana is such a huge issue. (probably because I dont live in Cali or a place that allows medicinal marijuana).. how easy is it to get a doctor to prescribe marijuana? (this is for those of you in states that do allow this)

But yeah I agree, All the politicians suck. I have yet to make a firm decision on who to support, but right now im identity very closely with Barrack Obama.. any of you guys know his stance of medicinal marijuana?

Obama is asked the same question as Romney. and says "No, I dont believe that is a good use of resources." (saying that he wouldnt have the federal govt prosecute for medical marijuana

 

Medical marijuana is a big issue

A) It's a matter of states rights vs federal supremacy
B) Medical marijuana is a viable treatment for many ailments and it is currently being denied to people who need it.



RP is not a joke. He tells it like it is and I very much support his anti tax and isolationist views.

 

OK, sorry i shouldnt have said "i dont know why its a big issue."... i probably should have said i dont understand why the issue isnt legalization rather than just medicinal marijuana.. since medicinal use would keep many people who support "medicinal marijuana" canidates in the same spot we are now.

Its really no progress at all for the simple responsible marijuana user. atleast in my eyes. Small step, but not enough IMO.

 

Are you kidding me? Maybe because people are dieing and being arrested daily, in large amounts, for using something to treat their pain or keep them alive.
Every day MEDICAL MARIJUANA isnt allowed (federally) is another day that thousands of people will suffer from pain, and suffer in jail for simply wanting to feel okay again. Ain't that justice?

All i know is our country needs to get away from the republican dictatorship we've been under.

even though RP is a republican in party affiliation, hes much more of a liberatarian or a constitutionalist. so if he got on the ballot, id def consider him

Ive done a little more research and also saw that RP was against the Real ID Act, which is something I am very firm on. so that gained him lots of kudos points with me.

You should also look into his view on the North American Union. Something that I dont think any of us want.

 

I'll definetely do some research.. i havent done much of anything so far, the election is too far off to be supporting canidates that might not even make it on the ballot.

Yeah. That Amero shit sounds like it ALL will basically abolish the constitution as a whole. Thus, leaving any hope to keep an even remote possibility of freedom in the USA, hopeless.

Then comes the Real ID introduction on the majority of society, until it becomes acceptable and the 'norm'. Next thing you know, if you disagree with the gov. they can just flip your chip off.

I agree with a lot in the movie, just not the final part.. the thought of 1 world govt is near impossible.. and I really doubt the govt would ever be able to control peoples ability to live with a chip. the most would be able to GPS track them.

Dont be brainwashed by anti-government proganda just because you disagree with the system.

See thats a factor people dont take into account usually. most people just assume anti-goverment shit is true. just because they want it to be true. gives more reason for revolution.

The religion section was my personal favorite. I thought it was very very well done.

 

I wouldn't not vote for Romney because of his stance on the medicinal marijuana issue. Especially if he gets the nomination because then your left voting for Clinton. And a vote for Clinton is a vote for Socialized Healthcare. And if your solution for the biggest problem in this Country, overtaxation, is to raise taxes and socialize medicine... well, you need to remove your head from you anus.

Neither Clinton or Romney would abolish prohibition... so "not voting" for Romney just because he's a bit malevolent towards one (bleeding-hearted) cannabis patient is a bit asinine.

Even if we somehow got Ron Paul into Office, he still wouldn't be able to end prohibition as he will need Congress and Senate approval. And in case you guys haven't noticed, they're prohibitionists aswell. We need to start electing libertarian Congressman and Senators if we really want this libertarian revolution to succeed.

Checks and Balances... to oppress factious regimes, not keep the Government in line.
